Remember

Remember well those times of oft’
When you held your hopes aloft
And dreamed still through the looking glass
Not lingering on the things that passed

Hold so close to your heart
That you are daring, brave and smart,
That you are wondrous and you are loved
From the ground below to the sky above

Your not that old nor that grey
There is value in the things you say
When you are weighted by many years
Surely, you will have abolished these fears
